    研究方向
    以功能性蛋白組學為主要研究手段,進行神經系統疾病的蛋白質表達異常及其信號通路研究。基于大分子質譜學方法能對及其復雜的生物樣品進行大規模的蛋白質表達分析,實現蛋白質的翻譯后修飾檢測。同時應用大分子質譜學技術研究生物大分子的相互作用及在其他系統的蛋白質差異表達。這些重要的分析手段應用到重大疾病能發掘潛在的疾病發生發展的機制,亦能為臨床早期診斷提供依據。
